Redwood Offshore Limited, a Channel Islands’ compliance support group, has appointed company administration specialist Tom Cluett as managing director at Redwood Co Sec Limited. The appointment will strengthen the firm’s provision of business services at a time when good corporate governance is growing in importance.

Mr Cluett is an experienced financial administrator having worked in the fiduciary sector in Guernsey. He holds an International Diploma in Financial Administration from the Institute of Administrative Management, a Diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and he has also completed the Certificate in Leadership and Management with the Institute of Leadership and Management.
He is also the director of a start-up fitness business, giving him direct experience of board responsibilities in a fast moving sector.
