Five Silver Star Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa has announced the appointment of Nicky Sheard in the role of Food & Beverage Manager.
With over a decade of hotel and resort experience and fifteen years in the food and beverage sector, Nicky (pictured) brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Hand Picked Hotel’s St Helier property.
Throughout his career, Nicky has demonstrated a dedication to service excellence and exceptional leadership skills, within a range of positions including overseeing F&B operations at luxury 5-star Caribbean resorts.
In his new role, Nicky’s primary focus will be on delivering unparalleled dining experiences and ensuring superior service quality across all outlets. He will also continue to nurture the inclusive culture within the team and assist in developing colleagues through tailored training and coaching.
