Jersey-based independent trust, corporate and fund services company ZEDRA has appointed trust professional Simon Voisin as a Client Director.
Mr Voisin has over 27 years’ experience in offshore wealth management. As a Client Director at ZEDRA, he will have a global mandate focusing on the maintenance and growth of a portfolio of private and corporate clients.
He will also undertake business development, identifying potential opportunities for new and existing clients and intermediaries and liaising with colleagues in Jersey and across the wider ZEDRA Group.
Mr Voisin is a qualified trust professional and holds the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management, the Jersey Certificate in Offshore Administration and the IOD Certificate in Company Direction. He has vast experience of the trust and fiduciary industry having worked for both independent and bank owned trust companies. He was previously head of a single-family office and specialises in establishing and administering complicated structures for clients based primarily in the UK and Western Europe.
ZEDRA is based in key jurisdictions across Asia, Oceania, the Americas and Europe with an international team of nearly 500. Jersey houses the largest team with over 140 employees and continued plans for expansion. Mr Voisin will have a global mandate and will be overseeing one of ZEDRA, Jersey’s European teams.
