Offshore law firm Appleby has made a further appointment to its growing Dispute Resolution team.
Specialist employment lawyer, James Gallimore (pictured) has joined the practice from Simmons & Simmons in the UK as an Associate.
James’s practice extends to all aspects of local and international employment advice. He advises on contentious and non-contentious employment issues for a wide range of clients including international companies and financial institutions. He has worked on Employment Tribunal claims relating to unfair dismissal, sex discrimination and disability discrimination. James qualified as an English solicitor in 2019.
James said: “I am thrilled to have joined Appleby at such an exciting time for the business and the Channel Islands legal market. I’m looking forward to developing my practice and working with the firm’s world-class team of lawyers”.
