Mourant has received a number of top rankings in Chambers and Partners High Net Worth 2026, a legal directory covering private wealth lawyers and law firms.
The firm has been recognised in the Offshore: Trusts category in Jersey, Guernsey, the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands, with 12 lawyers also receiving individual rankings in this area.
A further six lawyers have been individually recognised in the Jersey Offshore Trusts: Litigation table.
Partner and Mourant Chair Jonathan Speck was named a Star Individual in Jersey Offshore Trusts: Litigation, while Partners Bruce Lincoln, Edward Devenport (pictured), Eleanor Morgan and Gilly Kennedy-Smith received Band 1 individual rankings.
Edward Devenport, Global Practice Leader of the firm’s International Trusts and Private Client team, said: “It’s been an exceptional year for our Trusts and Private Wealth practice, with strong recognition across our Channel Islands and Caribbean teams. These rankings reflect not only the breadth and depth of our offshore trusts expertise, but also the strength of our market-leading litigation practice.
“I am particularly proud to see so many colleagues individually recognised this year, which is a testament to the quality of our people, our commitment to clients, and the collaborative approach that underpins the practice across our global jurisdictions.”
