Mourant has opened applications in Guernsey and Jersey for its student summer scheme.
The firm’s Governance Services Summer Scheme is designed for students currently studying for A-levels (or equivalent) or at university, and who are interested in discovering more about a career in financial services.
The Summer Scheme offers two to four weeks’ paid work experience in Mourant’s Guernsey or Jersey office, providing a valuable insight into the world of corporate and trust administration and accounting.
Students will be provided with a personal mentor for the duration of the work experience, in addition to the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Caroline Prow (pictured), Managing Director of Mourant Governance Services in Guernsey, commented: “Our Summer Scheme is an invaluable opportunity for students to gain meaningful, hands‑on experience within the financial services industry. By working alongside our talented teams and receiving dedicated mentoring, participants can build confidence, develop practical skills and really understand what a future career in this sector might look like.”
