Mourant Ozannes has advised Yellow Cake plc, a specialist company established in Jersey to operate in the uranium sector, on the Jersey legal aspects of its initial public offering (IPO) on the London Stock Exchange’s Alternative Investment Market (AIM).

Yellow Cake plc raised approximately US$200 million, making it one of the largest capital raises on AIM this year.

Partner Mark Chambers and Senior Associate Andrew Salisbury provided Jersey legal advice on all aspects of the IPO, working alongside English and US counsel Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP.

Mourant Ozannes has significant IPO experience on AIM and main market listings, as well as other international markets, in partnership with the world’s leading onshore law firms.
