JTC has recognised the performance, achievements and contribution of more than 130 people from across its global network as part of its July 2025 cycle of promotions.
A number of the mid-year promotions are at senior level, with Abi Holland becoming Managing Director of Fund and Corporate Services in London, and Tara Manton (main picture) becoming Senior Director within the Legal team in Jersey.
In addition, Andrew Smith (Austin) and Cas Van Aardenne (Cape Town) within Fund Services; Kathleen Parsons (Wilmington) in Private Client Services; Ludovic Trogliero (Luxembourg) in Corporate Services; and Candice Henderson (London) in Risk and Compliance have all been made Directors.
Promotions were made across JTC’s business divisions and jurisdictional teams, including 33 in Jersey, 28 in the US, 19 in South Africa, 13 in Luxembourg, and 12 in the UK, as well as a number across the BVI, Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Ireland, the Isle of Man, Mauritius, the Netherlands and Switzerland.

The promotions reflect not only exceptional performance but also the passion, dedication and commitment of those receiving recognition, spanning JTC’s Institutional and Private Client Services divisions, as well as its central operational functions including Human Resources, IT, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Business Development, and Risk and Compliance.
Combined with the Group-wide promotions announced at the beginning of the year, this latest cycle means that JTC has recognised the efforts of more than 300 people across its diverse teams this year.
Commenting on the promotions, Wendy Holley, JTC’s Group Chief Operating Officer, said: “At JTC, we nurture and develop talent throughout our global workforce, ensuring everyone across our diverse teams and locations has the opportunity to advance, pursue their goals and focus on their personal career development via JTC Academy. Our employees are all owners of the business (as part of our Shared Ownership strategy) and are central to realising our ambitious growth strategy. I would like to congratulate all those who have been promoted and are delighted to celebrate their success.”
