MasonBreese has announced the appointment of Stuart Richford as Managing Director.
Stuart (pictured) brings over 30 years’ experience in business transformation and consultancy leadership, having held senior roles including Co-Founder and Director at Knadel, Managing Partner at Sionic, and Group Commercial Director at BDO. He will assume his role on 1 November, alongside his position as CEO of Optifi.
Working in partnership with Directors Swithun Mason, Gemma Ward, Luke Winter and Stephanie Hutton, Stuart will focus on evolving strategic direction, scaling delivery capability, and empowering teams to deliver transformation that genuinely lands with clients.
