As an experienced, PRINCE2 certified, Programme Manager, her expertise includes the application of data-driven approaches to drive process efficiency and operational excellence, notably through having received accreditation as a Lean Six Sigma practitioner. She has implemented a range of transformational projects across public sector departments. She comes to Marbral Advisory after leading the Programme for Transport for London where she established the Property Development division, leading the design and implementation of the operating model. The department grew from 5 people to 80+ and is now one of the largest developers in London. She led on the strategic planning for the Mayoral housing objective and is very proud of the programme which aims to build 20,000 homes of which half will be affordable.

Mrs Harding has moved to Jersey with her husband and two young children, Hattie and Flick, and enjoys exploring the island by bicycle and taking part in outdoor pursuits such as swimming, paddle boarding and, more recently, surfing.

Leonie McCrann, CEO, Marbral Advisory, said: “At Marbral Advisory, we hire only the best artisans of project and change management and welcoming Carrie is a prime example of this. Her vast experience and success on major projects will be instrumental to the success of our clients with their own projects. She is analytical, driven, and a very strong communicator and she will be an asset to Marbral Advisory.”

Carrie Harding, Change Architect, Marbral Advisory, said: “I am thrilled to have joined Marbral Advisory and I am looking forward to translating my London and wider UK experiences to Jersey. I am excited to help Marbral clients make better data-led decisions, whilst helping them navigate quickly-evolving technical environments in which businesses of all sizes will be utilising AI to help them streamline processes and improve efficiency. I am passionate about change and look forward to making a positive impact in Jersey.”
