The Resilience Development Company has been shortlisted as a finalist at the Learning & Performance Institute’s global 2022 Learning Awards.
A panel of industry judges have shortlisted the Jersey-based company for the ‘External Learning Solution of the Year’ award for their work within the UK Government Health sector.
Stephen Taylor, Corporate Director for Adult Social Care for the London Borough of Islington said: “We’re delighted that Resilience Development Company have been shortlisted for this highly competitive award.
“Covid-19 has brought some significant challenges to the Adult Social Care sector and this major learning and development project has helped us to continue to support our front-line professionals to sustain a collaborative, solution-focused workplace culture. Despite such a highly pressurised environment, we’ve seen a 51% reduction in stress and 6.1% increase in productivity with colleagues telling us that applying their new skill-based training has enabled them to feel better (83%) and work better (75%).”
Jon Watkins, COO of the Resilience Development Company said: “It’s been a privilege to work with so many Leaders and front-line Health workers at such a critical time. Our previous work with the London Borough of Kingston saw recognition at the Public Sector Transformation Awards, so it would be great to share the success of another global accolade with this sector.”
This shortlisting comes alongside existing 2020/2021 global award recognition for Resilience Development Company’s on-going project work with RBC Wealth Management which has received award recognition at the Business Culture Awards, Learning Excellence Awards, and the Corporate Advisor Awards.
Announcement of the Winners of the 2022 Learning Awards will take place on 17th February 2022 at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London.
