Local customer service expert, Claire Boscq-Scott, has been ranked Number 5 in the top 30 Global Customer Service Gurus by GlobalGuru.org.
It is the third time that Claire has achieved recognition by the global organsiation.
“I am thrilled with the news,” said Claire. “Being No 5 Customer Service Guru globally for the last two years was praise enough, but when I realized that I am the first woman on that list, I was lost for words, and that’s not like me!
“I am just so passionate about helping businesses to truly care for their employees and customers so they can deliver exceptional customer experience, being on that list will go a long way to share this passion further afield.”
Claire Boscq-Scott established her business in 2009 and is considered a thought-leader in the industry. She has been speaking on some big international stages over the last couple of years from Beijing to Kuala Lumpur, Manila to Mumbai, and brings a more holistic approach to businesses by encouraging thenm to bring more care into what they do.
“The Brand has been evolving over the years, and now being able to help businesses through consulting, training and speaking on a global level is very exciting to continue to expand the business’” she said. “I am still operating the local service offering, however I have a much bigger vision, not only to raise the standard of customer experience around the world but also to create a real Caring Culture movement, where leaders are becoming accountable for their people and their environment.
