Snap, the creative digital agency based in Jersey, has completed the prestigious ‘Creative operations’ course offered by Future London Academy.

The course was undertaken by Snap’s founder, Tom Le Sueur, who then shared the knowledge with the team of creatives and digital marketers, strengthening the agency’s expertise and operational efficiency.

The ‘Creative operations’ Course is widely respected for its comprehensive approach to optimising agency processes, from initial project scoping to final delivery. Participants gained essential insights into project management, budgeting, workload management, and fostering effective collaboration. The course was taught by Ariel Ross, an ‘industry veteran’ with extensive experience working alongside iconic brands such as Apple, Airbnb, and Instagram.

Tom Le Sueur, CEO of Snap explained: “At Snap, we’re all about excellence and providing exceptional experiences to our clients. That’s why we decided to embrace the Creative operations course wholeheartedly. Equipped with new tools and refined skills, our team is now primed to deliver outstanding results that elevate our projects to new heights of creativity and efficiency.

“Our team is driven by a passion for continuous improvement. Completing the Creative operations course has provided us with invaluable insights and techniques to better serve our clients. We are confident that this enhanced skill set will strengthen our project management, streamline our operations, and lead to even more successful outcomes for our valued clients.”

Snap’s team has gained proficiency in identifying potential project risks and taking proactive measures to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery. The emphasis on budgeting and scoping has empowered the agency to create realistic project plans that align with clients’ expectations.

Tom says that effective collaboration is at the heart of Snap’s success: “The Creative operations course has equipped our team with practical tools to streamline workflow and communication across multiple teams and clients. By fostering a collaborative environment, we aim to ensure that every project thrives through the combined efforts of our talented team.

“With a newly fortified skill set, Snap is excited to embark on this next chapter of creative excellence. Our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences remains unwavering, and we are ready to elevate every project with creativity, efficiency, and professionalism.

“Local businesses seeking innovative and results-driven digital solutions are invited to experience the transformative power of Snap‘s creative expertise.”
