Livingroom has appointed Jersey property professional Gavin Renault as a Sales Negotiator in its growing local team.
With 46 years of experience in property law and conveyancing, Gavin brings expertise and knowledge of the local property market to the Channel Island estate agent.
Gavin has built a strong reputation during his career at leading law firms Ogier, Mourant and Collas Crill. His legal background and decades of experience assisting clients with property transactions provide him with a unique perspective as he transitions to estate agency.
