Specially appointed ‘Spa Spies’ check into over 100 spas every year and carry out rigorous reviews, assessing them on the overall experience delivered by each one. The Spa Spies review every detail, from the moment they approach the building to the moment they leave. They then complete a thorough audit with elements covering all aspects of the visit; from the cleanliness and physical facility, to the service, treatment and the or refreshments served.
The Spa at the AA Four Red Star beachside hotel in St Brelade with its newly refurbished Matrix gym, indoor 15 metre pool, spa pool, sauna and steam room, plus six treatment rooms, has been rated as one where spa goers should ‘be prepared for a slice of spa luxury’.
