The LGL Group has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Totalserve Management (Luxembourg) S.A.
LGL and TML have worked successfully together since 2015 and this transaction will further enhance LGL’s service offering to its client base.
The transaction strengthens LGL’s existing presence in Luxembourg where LGL Corporate Luxembourg SA (‘LGLL’) has been its servicing company since 2015.
After a short transitional period, it is the intention to merge the Luxembourg operations of LGLL and TML and to market services in Luxembourg under the ‘LGL Group’ brand going forward. TML’s current owners will be joining LGL to lead the merged business and the combined workforce in the jurisdiction.
