Leapfrog has partnered with leadership and coaching specialist Jeremy Frith to expand its work supporting businesses and employees in Guernsey.
Jeremy (pictured) will deliver coaching and leadership development programmes focused on areas including leadership capability, performance and employee retention.
His work will include the use of tools such as Insights Discovery to help individuals and teams better understand communication styles, behaviour and team dynamics.
Leapfrog said the partnership forms part of its wider focus on personal development and supporting organisations to strengthen leadership within their teams.
