Guernsey-based leadership and consultancy company, Leaders, has announced its new partnership with Miranda Williams, who joins as a Leadership Director based in Cambridge.
With over two decades of senior experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, Miranda brings a unique blend of operational excellence, strategic insight, and human-centred leadership to the Leaders team.
Throughout her career, Miranda has held roles at organisations including Napp Pharmaceuticals, Lloyds Clinical Homecare, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, and bit.bio. She has led multi-site teams of up to 700 people and is a specialist in operations, supply chain and manufacturing. Miranda is a qualified Executive Coach (Advanced AoEC), a skilled facilitator, and has assisted faculty on advanced coaching programmes.
