Layzell & Co has announced the appointment of Teke Azah as Director, Head of Tax.

Teke (pictured) joins the firm with extensive experience in international tax advisory, having worked at Big 4 firms in the UK as well as the Channel Islands.

His expertise includes advising high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals, complex investment structures and businesses on navigating the constantly evolving tax landscape.

Greg Layzell, the CEO of Layzell & Co, said: “Teke’s appointment reflects our ongoing commitment to offering the highest level of expertise to our broad client base.

“His experience across multiple jurisdictions including Jersey, Guernsey and London, combined with our Allinial Global membership, allows us to deliver international tax advisory services at the same calibre as Big 4 and Top 10 firms, while maintaining the flexibility and personal approach of a boutique practice.”
