Health and safety specialist, Law At Work has appointed Emma Martins to lead its new service providing data protection, privacy, governance and ethics advice to business clients.
Emma (pictured) has an impressive record of accomplishment and joins Law At Work (LAW) as a specialist advisor.
Working primarily at board level, Emma will use her experience and knowledge to guide senior executives in meeting their obligations.
Emma was appointed Guernsey’s Data Protection Commissioner in 2018 and had previously been the Commissioner in Jersey and Guernsey when the islands merged the role. Her term of office in Guernsey ended in December 2023.
