Leaders has announced the appointment of Kareena Hodgson; she will support Founder Phil Eyre with the company’s work with business leaders in the Channel Islands and the UK.
Kareena’s new role will include working with senior executives to identify areas of personal leadership development, including building strengths and improving communication and cohesion.
Kareena brings her experience and knowledge from 21 years working in the third sector for a national charity. She led and developed her previous team and their services, building meaningful relationships to inspire resilience and overcome challenges.
Phil and the Leaders team are known as human data experts, using psychometrics to identify critical strengths that propel their clients to excellence. Kareena’s role within the consultancy will help to facilitate positive transformation in the workplace, helping leaders to become their best selves and unlock the full potential of their team and their organisation.
