JTC and Union Bancaire Privée have announced the completion of the sale of Kleinwort Hambros Trust Company (CI) and its subsidiaries to JTC.
The transaction, initially announced on 31 July 2025, was finalised as planned and on schedule.
A skilled team of around 90 people based in Jersey, Guernsey and London have joined JTC as part of this acquisition.
