As a result of discussions between the two companies and Alliance’s wish to support the government’s initiative to help redeploy staff from other sectors, Alliance has welcomed a number of Randall’s employees on a temporary basis.
These employees are a grateful addition to the Alliance team during this difficult period and allows Alliance to temporarily have access to resource that can’t currently be used within Randalls.
The team will be extra ‘hands on deck’ and will help Alliance to continue to serve their customers in the best possible way. Alliance would ask customers that they are patient whilst the team learn the ropes and also show them the respect that is already given to their other employees.
