Voisin Law’s leading commercial property team have advised Vixen Holdings Limited on its lease of 76-78 King Street to Superdrug. The premises which occupies a significant position in the town centre was previously occupied by Mothercare.
The transaction was led by Head of Property, Natalie Harris. Superdrug is one of the largest health and beauty retailers in the United Kingdom.
