Customer eXperience professional Claire Boscq will be awarded the Certified Speaking Professional designation on 14 March 2026 during the Global Speakers Summit in Cairns, Australia.
The Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) accreditation represents fewer than 10 to 12 percent of professional speakers worldwide and is recognised as the gold standard of excellence in the speaking profession. The designation acknowledges proven expertise, professional standards, and sustained global impact.
The award ceremony will take place as part of International Speaker Day celebrations, surrounded by more than 400 professional speakers from around the world. Claire Boscq (pictured) becomes one of only two speakers in Jersey to hold the CSP designation.
“This recognition means a great deal,” said Claire. “The CSP represents years of dedication to the craft of speaking and delivering measurable impact for organisations. To be one of only two speakers in Jersey with this designation is both an honour and a responsibility. It shows that even from a small island, we can operate at the highest global standard.”
The following day, on 15 March 2026, Claire Boscq will officially launch her new book, When Work Works: Repairing the Heart of Business so People & Performance Shine from Within. The book introduces her own Heart-Led Business Growth Blueprint™, a practical framework designed to help organisations strengthen culture, energise people, align their environment, and elevate customer experience.
“When we repair the heart of business,” she added, “we unlock productivity, positivity and profit. That is when organisations truly begin to shine.”
