Intertrust will once again be the headline sponsor of the Jersey International Pension Conference, which returns in April for its second edition.
The conference, organised by the Jersey Pensions Association, is a central platform for industry professionals, regulators, politicians and guest speakers to provide informative updates on the sector.
Presentations will cover the implications of the financial revolution on the sector; the role technology is playing in pension administration and the role of the Channel Islands in administering pensions on the global stage.
Delegates will include pension providers, trust and investment professionals, pension scheme trustees, pension administrators, employee benefit consultants, independent financial advisors, employers and legal professionals.
David Holmes, one of the organisers of the Jersey International Pension Conference, said: “We want to thank Intertrust for sponsoring our upcoming conference. For 2018, there will be a focus on increasing the scope of the conference to include more ‘domestic’ pension issues relevant to the Channel Islands, in particular through the use of break-out sessions that will discuss topics that really matter to delegates.”
Mark Lindsay, head of pensions at Intertrust, said: “We are proud to be the headline sponsor of the Jersey International Pensions Conference again this year. The Channel Islands have a long history of providing pension services to a range of international clients and are home to an experienced set of pension experts. We’re looking forward to a day of discussions on topics that affect everyone, not just those who work in the industry.”
The event takes place on Friday 20 April at the Royal Yacht Hotel.
