Barbara Corbett, founding senior partner at law firm Corbett LeQuesne in Jersey, has joined the panel of judges at the Citywealth Powerwomen Awards International 2027.
Barbara (pictured) has over 30 years’ experience in family law and specialises in high net worth divorce and finance cases, private law children matters and public children law work. She is a member of the Law Society of Jersey’s Children Panel and Mental Health Panel.
Barbara was one of the founders of Women in Family Law and is the only practising lawyer in the Channel Islands who is a member of the IAFL (International Academy of Family Lawyers).
The Citywealth Powerwomen Awards International are now in their twelfth year. They were created to highlight the achievements of women in the wealth sector, and companies that promote female leadership and support women’s career progression. Building on their success in London, these awards were extended to the USA in 2022, recognising the excellence of women in the sector on the other side of The Atlantic as well.
