IQ-EQ has announced the appointments of Divya Doshi as Managing Director, Sales for Asia and the Middle East, and Koji Ikeda as Managing Director, Japan.
With over three decades of experience in financial services, Divya Doshi (pictured) has demonstrated exceptional capabilities in driving business expansion, developing innovative financial products, and leading digital transformations. Based in Singapore, Divya will leverage his extensive industry connections to grow IQ-EQ’s client base and deepen ties with family offices, institutions and sovereign wealth funds.

Meanwhile, with over 35 years of leadership experience in custody, securities lending, and offshore fund services, Koji Ikeda brings a depth of market knowledge and will focus on strengthening the firm’s presence in Japan and supporting clients with complex, multi-jurisdictional needs.
