Integrated Group has announced a series of key leadership changes as it enters an exciting new phase of growth and expansion across the Channel Islands.
Trudi Lilley has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO), bringing a wealth of experience in financial management and business operations. Trudi joins the Group following the successful sale of her UK-based accounting and finance practice. With strong ties to Guernsey and a track record of driving operational excellence, her appointment will play a pivotal role in enhancing efficiency, supporting growth, and delivering strategic oversight across the Group’s diverse portfolio.
Darren Etasse, has now stepped into the role of Commercial Director for the Group. In this new position, Darren will focus on strategic partnerships, commercial growth, and market expansion opportunities across all six businesses under the Integrated Group umbrella.
“We’re building a team that reflects where we are now – and where we’re going next,” said Darren Etasse. “Trudi’s operational expertise will be invaluable as we continue to evolve and push forward. Her appointment marks a real milestone for us as we prepare for the next chapter of growth.”
