Experienced disputes lawyer Jarrad Knoetze has joined Walkers’ top-tier Insolvency & Dispute Resolution team in Guernsey.
Jarrad has been practising in Guernsey since 2019 and works with clients including financial institutions, trust companies and onshore law firms.
Prior to joining Walkers, he worked at another offshore law firm in their dispute resolution team, where he provided advisory services to a wide range of local and global institutions on complex, cross-border disputes involving funds, banking and investment relationships and trusts. He also spent more than three years in the dispute resolution team of a major South African law firm before moving offshore.
Jarrad joins the team, which is currently ranked in the top tier by Legal 500, and which is led by Partners Alison Ozanne, Sarah Brehaut and Adam Cole.
