The Policy Centre Jersey has commissioned professional research organisation 4insight to conduct an independent poll with islanders as to the top issues for them.
The findings from this poll will be published and compared to both the last two years’ results for Jersey and the UK top issues.
Sir Mark Boleat, Senior Adviser to the Policy Centre, said: “ It is important to track the perceptions of the people of Jersey on the key issues facing the Island. This will facilitate a more informed discussion on the issues on which the public expect politicians to concentrate.
“The Centre intends to run the survey annually and to compare the results with a similar survey conducted by IPSOS in the UK.”
