Guernsey and UK based Imperium Trust Company is delighted to report the acquisition of Vicena International Limited, a corporate and accountancy services business.
Vicena has been operating since 1993 and is based in Orpington, Kent. It is a family business providing specialist corporate services and has developed a strong International client base.
Grant Twine, who heads up Imperium UK said: “I am delighted to welcome the staff of Vicena to the Imperium Group just a year after the UK’s official launch and am looking forward to the new opportunities that this acquisition will bring”.
Extending Imperium’s presence in the UK comes from its belief that there is a growing demand for UK related services. This is partly as a result of legislation change and the enhanced reporting of structures and individuals that hold UK situs assets and partly in recognition of the reputation of the UK as a world renowned and trusted financial centre.
Grant added: “The specialist services that Vicena bring will strengthen our existing UK services of Trust, Company and Limited Partnership administration. Our UK services will now have two bases of operation; the existing Imperium office at Bedford Square in Fitzrovia, London and Orpington in Kent, just 25 minutes by train from central London.”
