Imperium has appointed Alex Mauger as their Group Company Secretary & General Counsel.
Alex (pictured) is an experienced legal professional who has joined Imperium after a significant tenure with a leading local multi-jurisdictional law firm.
Alex joins Imperium to oversee the company secretarial and governance function across all jurisdictions and is to be based in Guernsey.
Imperium Group CEO David Gilmour said: “As we continue to grow, it makes sense to have Alex collectively oversee our company secretarial responsibilities. Alex is a qualified lawyer with over 15 years of experience in funds, corporate, and regulatory matters.
