HSBC has appointed David Russon as Head of Small Business Banking for the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
In his new role, David will support businesses across the islands with innovative banking solutions and a particular focus on integrating sustainability and digital adoption into their banking frameworks.
David has worked at HSBC for ten years and has been based in Channel Islands since 2019, most recently acting as a Strategic Delivery Manager on continuous improvement projects across the Crown Dependencies, Hong Kong and Manila.
Prior to that, he worked in a number of senior customer service and sales positions in the UK, including leading a branch and as a digital coach for the Bank across the South region.
