Vicki Eppelein has joined Leapfrog Limited as HR and Payroll Services Manager.
Vicki is an Associate Member of the CIPD and brings extensive HR experience to the team, having spent the majority of her career within Guernsey’s finance sector and more recently with a tech/aviation business.
She has worked with companies at start-up phase, being instrumental in assisting with the set-up and running of day to day operations, policies and procedures and the overall management of HR. Prior to this she worked in recruitment for seven years where she established and successfully managed a temporary and contract desk.
In her new role Vicki is responsible for management and provision of Leapfrog’s outsourced payroll service and their new outsourced HR service which launched in October 2018.
