Highvern donates hundreds of care products to hospital staff

Highvern, a local fiduciary who recently made donations to various Jersey care homes, has donated hundreds of bottles of hand creams, shower gels and shampoos to Jersey’s General Hospital to support the frontline workers. These will be available for all hospital staff to use within the current hospital as well as the newly built Nightingale Hospital.

Martin Hall, Managing Director comments: “We got in touch with the nurses to ask what we could do to help. They explained, hands were getting dry from the constant washing, plus with new rules of having to shower before and after shifts, shower gels and shampoos would be extremely useful to them. We did what we could to get hold of any supplies – we have to stick together and help one another wherever possible at times like these.”
