HFL has announced eight promotions across the business.
The round of promotions has been made across fund, accounting, support operations and people and culture teams.
Brad Ford has been promoted to Senior Fund Accountant level 2. Brad is ACCA qualified with 5 years’ experience and has been a valued member of HFL for almost 18 months.
Libby Rihoy has been promoted to Senior Fund Accountant level 1 and has been a key member of the funds account team ever since she joined HFL a year ago. Libby is currently undertaking a CFA qualification.
Holly Ingrouille joined HFL 18 months ago and has been promoted to Fund Accounting Manager. She is a true marker of HFL’s values and is always able to guide the team with her experience. Holly has more than six years’ experience and is ACCA qualified.
Monica Camara has been promoted to Assistant Manager in the Funds accounts team. Monica, who has more than four years’ experience, leads on her clients and has built strong relationships with them both internally and externally.
Stacey Le Page who has been promoted to Manager of the People and Culture team is coming up to two years working at HFL. She acts as an ambassador for the HFL values being approachable and fair and excels in building trusted relationships with her colleagues.
In the business support team, there have been two promotions, for both Laura Devonshire and Lawrence Stacey.
Laura who is a key member of the team in managing many fund closings and client onboarding has been promoted to Business Support Assistant Manager.
Lawrence has been promoted to Senior Business Support Analyst. He joined the team just over a year ago where he has since gained valuable experience in fund administration.
Michelle Mauger who has been with HFL for seven years has been promoted to Senior Administrator in the Operations Team.
