Headway Jersey has announced the appointment of Dr. Lisa Perkins as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Lisa (pictured) brings with her an exceptional background in health, social care, and service transformation. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Speech & Psychology and a PhD in Acquired Language Disorder. Her academic expertise and professional commitment to improving outcomes for vulnerable individuals make her an inspiring addition to the organisation.
With more than 25 years of senior leadership experience, Lisa has been a central figure within the Government of Jersey, most recently serving as Head of the Children & Families Hub. She played a pivotal role in the development of the service, where she championed innovative approaches to family support and multi‑agency collaboration.
As CEO of Headway Jersey, Dr. Perkins will lead the charity through its next phase of growth and restructure, strengthening its services, advocating for the needs of brain injury survivors, and expanding support for families and caregivers across the island.
