Hawksford was the most awarded organisation at the Citywealth Magic Circle Awards held in London on 16 May, solidifying the company’s marketing leading provision of private wealth services in Europe and Asia.
The business won Trust Company of the Year, while Darren Kelland, Global Head of Private Client Services, was named Trustee of the Year. Hawksford also came runner up in the Family Office of the Year category.
The awards, which are now in their 14th year, celebrate excellence in the global wealth management sector and highlight the work of the best advisors and managers in the industry.
More than 200 companies and individuals competed for the coveted awards. The contest included a period of online voting with more than 16,000 ‘public’ votes to gather popular opinion from peers and private clients, before being shared with a panel of judges for final voting.
