Jersey Business have launched their Annual Productivity Survey to help provide a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities for improving productivity in Jersey.

In a business context, how people work, what they do, and what they produce has a direct impact on the productivity of a business or other organisation which in turn drives the culture, profitability, competitiveness and long-term viability.

Jersey Business has commissioned this survey to get a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities for improving productivity within Jersey’s business community.

They are inviting anyone working in an organisation on the Island to take part regardless of their role or level of responsibility, because most people can identify a way to make their job easier and they would like to understand where these key opportunities are.

This survey is your platform to share experiences and strategies that drive productivity and collaboration. Your insights will not only spotlight current trends but also inform the support provided by Jersey Business, ensuring it resonates with everyone from interns to CEOs.

The survey should take 10 minutes to complete so please get involved, and there is a chance to win a £200 cash prize!

Jersey Business will be publishing the results on their website in the lead up to Productivity Week 2024 which runs from 24th – 28th June. The results will shape the content of their Productivity Conference being held on Wednesday 26th June and the support they give businesses on the island.

Take the survey here.
