Harneys has appointed Alexander Curry as a partner and head of its Corporate practice in Jersey.
Alex (pictured) brings over two decades of experience advising international and local clients on a wide range of corporate matters, with particular expertise in cross-border public and private M&A transactions, schemes of arrangement, equity capital markets work, including IPOs on the London and New York exchanges, and downstream private equity transactions. He regularly acts for leading private equity firms, FTSE 100 companies, and other high-profile corporates, as well as private wealth and family office clients on structuring and investment matters.
