The Guernsey office of offshore law firm Appleby has welcomed Lisa Upham and William Schofield to the business.
Lisa joins as a Senior Professional Support Lawyer. She is a Guernsey advocate with 17 years of offshore experience. She previously advised on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters with an emphasis on corporate reorganisations, business acquisitions, financing and banking transactions.
She also has extensive private client experience and is a qualified member of STEP.
William joins as an Associate in the Corporate team. He is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and advises on all aspects of corporate matters with a particular interest in mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganisations. William also has experience in private client matters.
