Guernsey estate agent Livingroom has been named the best in the world at the International Property Awards.
The company, known for its original and innovative approach to selling homes, picked up the top honours in the International Real Estate Marketing category.
It also picked up three five-star awards, as Guernsey’s best single office agency, another for Channel Islands marketing, then best website in the British Isles, before picking up the world-beating title.

“All our clients will hopefully benefit from the exposure – especially our Open Market vendors who have now been exposed to a global audience all curious as to how a small, unknown, single office can win on such a large scale.”
The Livingroom team joined 100 other property industry leaders at the awards bash at the Savoy Hotel in London where they beat off finalists from Abu Dhabi, Germany, New Zealand, Mexico and the US to achieve top honours.
The International Property Awards reward the highest levels of achievement by residential and commercial property agents and are contested by agencies from across the UK and around the world. They are considered the highest accolade awarded to property professionals and an internationally-recognised mark of excellence.
