Carpetright stores in both Jersey and Guernsey are to remain open.
The news comes after the company announced it was to close 92 shops, with the loss of 300 UK jobs.
The good news comes after another UK chain, Mothercare, announced earlier this week it was to close its Jersey branch, with the loss of 13 jobs.
Carpetright, which has more than 400 UK shops, announced the move in response to a series of profit warnings.
