Investment funds and regulatory specialist Matt McManus has been promoted to partner in Ogier’s funds team in Jersey.
Named a rising star by Legal 500 UK 2024, Matt has more than 15 years’ experience in the Jersey funds industry. He advises a range of sponsors and service providers across all aspects of a fund’s lifecycle, as well as on co-investment, joint venture and carry structures.
He advises on regulatory and corporate matters and is part of Ogier’s multi-disciplinary Technology and Web3 and Private Equity sector groups. He also has a keen interest in ESG matters and Islamic finance.
Matt joined Ogier in late 2021 and has progressed through the firm’s partner development programme. According to client feedback, Matt is: “Exceptional in all aspects, from client interaction and commerciality, right through to billing.
