Boutique trust and corporate services provider, Forward Group has made four appointments as part of growth plans.
Established in 2007, Forward Group is a fiduciary, fully independent, owner-managed trust and company business. Their team administers bespoke structures for high net worth private and corporate clients who need skilled assistance with their wealth management and succession planning requirements.
Bronwyn Kirwan (pictured) joins as Client Director with more than 25 years’ experience in Jersey’s finance sector and most recently held a board position at a global trust, corporate and fund services business. Her focus is on excellent client service delivery with a particular interest in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) situs clients. She is experienced in both the private client and corporate sectors, particularly UK commercial real estate and investment holding.
Bronwyn has assumed the role of offshore Trustee for a varied portfolio of Employee Ownership Trusts since 2016. She is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since 2007 and holds the diploma in International Trust Management with distinction since 2012.
Ruth Moss joins as an Associate Director within the compliance function. Ruth is a qualified chartered accountant with broad ranging Jersey regulatory expertise, having worked at the Jersey Financial Services Commission as a regulatory consultant.
Prior to joining Forward Group, Ruth was appointed as a Key Person to a diverse portfolio of Jersey funds, working closely with fund boards on compliance matters.
Lisa Hébert joins as Senior Manager responsible for a portfolio of client structures established by a wide range of high-net-worth individuals. She has worked in Jersey’s finance industry for over 40 years. Lisa is STEP Foundation qualified.
Kirstine (Stine) Hutton joins as Senior Bookkeeper responsible for a varied portfolio of trust and company structures. She is a certified accounting technician and has worked in Jersey’s finance industry for the last 24 years.
