THE MISSION OF THE JERSEY HOSPITALITY ASSOCIATION (JHA)
“TO BE THE REPRESENTATIVE BODY OF THE MEMBERS OF JERSEY’S HOSPITALITY AND TOURISM INDUSTRY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ASSOCIATION’S CONSTITUTION.”
The key objectives are:
POLICY: LOBBYING AND REPRESENTATION
Represent, promote & enhance the Tourism, Hospitality, Leisure & Travel Industry in Jersey
- Our aim is to be the voice of our industry and represent the membership’s views, lobby on policy and consult with other island bodies and associations on its behalf.
PEOPLE: GUIDANCE AND EXPERTISE
The hospitality and tourism industry is all about people.
- The JHA aims to help people and their businesses grow with the support of its Manager and its network of industry focused resources.
PARTNERSHIPS: ACCESS AND NETWORKING
The JHA facilitates open dialogue among its members and corporate partners.

PRESENTATION: TRAINING
The JHA is committed to ensure businesses are ready for visitors and to enable the development of the Jersey brand .
