Trustees’ Disclosure Obligations
Martin Jones, Babbé, will examine a trustee’s duty of confidentiality and the legal principles governing the disclosure of trust information.
Particular focus will be given to requests for disclosure made by non-beneficiaries. Martin will explore the range of third parties who may seek access to trust information and provide practical guidance on how trustees should assess, respond to, and manage such requests in accordance with their legal obligations.
