The 6 April 2025 saw the most widespread changes to the UK tax treatment of offshore trusts, following the end of the long-standing non-dom regime.
In this session, Neil will provide a high-level analysis of the UK tax treatment of offshore trusts and those connected to it under the new rules and will cover income, capital gains and inheritance tax.
Neil will also look at the 4-year foreign income and gains rules and the temporary repatriation facility and is suitable for all levels of trust professionals.
