DisruptHR 2026
DisruptHR, the global information exchange event, is back in St Helier for a fourth time this March, encouraging innovative discussion around the workplace and people as changemakers, challengers and as an organisation’s best asset.
The worldwide movement is designed to push professionals to think differently about talent, culture, and the workplace, in an effort to create a ‘rebellious future’ that will disrupt and inspire. Selected speakers across a range of sectors will be challenged to share their message to a room full of peers and industry professionals in the space of only five minutes.

2026 will invite keynote speakers to the stage from around the globe including Ed Jordan, Executive Leadership Coach, Perry Timms, Chief Energy Officer and Founder of People & Transformational HR Ltd, and Amit Grinvald, Public Speaking Coach and award-winning mentor. They will be joined by 11 UK and local leaders for an evening exploring the partnership between industry disruption and local opportunity.

Simon Nash, Group Managing Director at Law at Work, who brought the event to the Channel Islands in 2019 said: “Disrupt had increased in popularity every year since we brought it from the USA to Jersey, and this year is going to be our biggest ever.
“Disrupting the future of work is all about identifying one brilliant idea and communicating it with passion and energy. This year’s Disrupt speakers are leaders in the field of people and work and we are excited that this event will stand out as a highlight of the 2026 business year.”
